I've been annoyed by this for sooo long. It seems, at random, Windows keeps changing my keyboard layout from Finnish to English. It seems this is actually a feature of some key presses (CTRL SHIFT or LEFT ALT SHIFT).

Luckily it can be turned off. It's hard to understand why such a feature would be enabled by default anyway? I mean, how many times does your laptop keyboard layout change...?
